The work crews that actually performed the work were always on time and pleasant to work with. They provided us information on what was happening and kept us informed of their schedules. The Housing Authority of Washington County has contracted with RichArt for a number of projects both large and small. Over the course of the last two years 2007-2008 RichArt Family Builders have displayed the ability to provide excellent customer service for both residents and our staff. RichArt has installed windows in over two hundred units of rental housing, they have handled the notices to the residents and the crews on site provide valuable customer correspondence with our residents, which all but eliminates the need for further communication between the Housing Authority and the residents we serve.
