Customer Satisfaction Surveys

Richart has been active in the energy conservation field for more than 20 years.  We currently work with local utilities in Oregon and SW Washington to help their customers save energy and increase comfort.  These activities include weatherization, insulation, and window and door replacement.  Each of these organizations have a variety of programs which may include low interest loans, rebates or other savings.  As part of their quality control they regularly ask participating customers how satisfied they are with their contractor's work.  The Utilities tell us that RichArt has consistently scored the highest levels of customer satisfaction in these surveys.
